The area
is believed to be haunted by the ghost of a little girl(Hannah) and
little boy (Jack), who were killed by a train while returning from
school, sometime in the 50's or 60's. People have reported seeing the
children’s apparitions sitting on the bridge as well as the smell of
roses. Location: Newport Ave. railroad tracks. It is near the intersection of Newport and Kirkham (which is what Brentwood turns into S. of Manchester)
